Straight answers on IT and AI, from people who've run both.
Elronsa advises C-level teams on infrastructure, vendor decisions, and where AI assistants actually pay off โ before you commit budget or headcount.
What we do
Four engagements we run most often. Each starts with a working session, not a proposal.
Infrastructure modernization
Independent assessment of your current stack, cloud spend, and technical debt, with a prioritized plan for what to fix first and what to leave alone.
AI adoption strategy
Where AI assistants realistically save time in your organization, what to pilot first, and how to avoid the projects that stall after the demo.
Executive briefings
Plain-language sessions for your leadership team on a specific technology decision, so the board and the C-suite are working from the same facts.
Vendor evaluation
We sit on your side of the table during vendor selection, checking claims, negotiating scope, and flagging risk before contracts are signed.
Questions we get asked
How does an engagement start?
A short call to understand what you're deciding and why. If there's a fit, we scope a fixed first engagement โ usually an assessment or briefing โ before any longer-term work is discussed.
How is AI assistant work scoped?
We start with one workflow, not a platform rollout. You get a working pilot, a read on real time saved, and a clear recommendation on whether to expand it.
How do you handle confidentiality and data?
We sign NDAs as standard and scope every engagement to avoid unnecessary access to production systems or sensitive data. Anything we do touch is covered in writing before we start.
How long do engagements typically run?
Assessments and briefings usually run one to three weeks. Advisory retainers are ongoing and reviewed quarterly. We don't sell multi-year lock-in.
Do you implement, or only advise?
Both, depending on scope. Some clients want an independent recommendation only; others want us to run the vendor selection or pilot build alongside their team.
